  1. I had no idea that pure chocolate contained enough fiber to be on the list of top 10 fibre-rich foods. But I am even more surprised not to find leafy green vegetables like spinach, kale, chard, and greens on the list. At our Rehabilitation centre in Chennai , we strictly include greens in the diet for all in-patients.
